Request of refund must be submitted to the Airway Vista 2025 Secretariat by email(oldrf@oldrf.org). In case of cancellation later than March 24th, 2025, the balance except a 50% administrative fee will be refunded after the meeting. It may take about 1 month for refund processing, and any remittance charge should be paid by beneficiary separately. No refunds will be given on and after March 28th, 2025. Refund requests must meet the following criteria to be processed: Deadline for refund requests: March 28, 2025. After March 29th, there will be no refunds for cancellations of any type, including no-shows.

The use of cameras and audio recording equipment (including, but not limited to, cellular phones, film, digital, and video) is prohibited in all meeting and event rooms and on the exhibit hall floor at all times. Those caught violating this policy will be subject to the consequences of the participant code of conduct.
