Registration

Participants are encouraged to register for the Airway Vista 2026 by March 23, 2026 to advantage of the reduced fee.
Registration fee includes admission to the all scientific sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, and program book during the conference.

Registration will only be confirmed after full payment is received.
You will be able to check out the status of registration on ‘Confirmation’.

We accept payments via debit card and credit card.
For direct bank transfers, please use the account details provided below.
A copy of the bank remittance receipt must be emailed to the secretariat at oldrf@oldrf.org.

Please note:
• All bank charges must be borne by the registrant.
• Ensure the applicant’s name is clearly indicated on the transfer record.

Registration forms submitted without full payment will not be processed.
A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the registration form and successful clearance of payment.

Cancellation Policy – Airway Vista 2026

• Requests for refunds must be submitted to the Airway Vista 2026 Secretariat by email (oldrf@oldrf.org).
• For cancellations after March 23rd, 2026, a refund will be issued after the meeting, excluding a 50% administrative fee.
• Refund processing may take about 1 month, and any remittance charges must be paid by the beneficiary.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations of any type, including no-shows, on or after March 28th, 2026.
